Question Author Date
Josh, i am 21 yrs. old , i graduated in the year 2007, but I`m learning how to trot on a horse, but haven`t galloped or cantered yet on a horse as I haven`t been swinging my rope while riding a horse, but I think I might pass on going to college rodeos, but, I`ll still make my runs at he NFR forever and ever, and when I`m 99 years of age, I`ll still keep qualifying for the NFR as long as I live forever and ever and I`ll still keep roping forever and ever after 99 years of age, and when I`m 120 years of age, I`ll still keep roping at the NFR forever and ever , i just calf rope, Do you know a good roping clinics I could go to before I join pro rodeo cowboys association and when to go to any of the open rodeo ropings and have a chance at the nfr forever and ever for a lot of years, as I`ll never stop qualifying for the NFR as I`ll keep roping in the NFR at and after 99 years of age, as long as I can live and be tough at my calf roping, as long as Josh and the lord believes in me William MacLeod 10/18/2010
I believe ypu (Josh Peek) will never retire from rodeo, as I think you`ll be making the NFR forever and ever, as long as I believe in you still roping being tough to rope at 99 years of age and 115 years of age and many other ages forever and ever, as Josh really like calf roping for real scientific precision and action, as long as I believe that one day I`ll rope just like you. There`s still forever and ever gonna be another 2007 and the 2007 NFR will come back again, right here in real life, as it`ll be backward still repeated again, as I know there`s forever gonna be another Joe Beaver. Hard to think who the new World Champion calf roper in December at the NFR 2010 will be, but I still know there`s forever gonna be another 2007, Josh, I want you to win the calf roping championship this year at the NFR. Hey Josh, I was just wondering when the next time you would be around the Clovis, NM area? The wife and I ain`t seen you in awhile and we were wanting to see you compete sometime. Also, are you going to be putting on anr roping or bulldogging schools with Jace anytime? I had to quit rodeoing and I started firefighting but I`d sure like to attend one of your schools just for practice and some good times. Good luck and hope to hear from you soon. Hey guys! Just have some general equipment questions. I read on one of Josh`s blogs when he was at the NFR about getting his ropes "ready" and how he didn`t really have that felt "right" that particular night. I`m just wondering what you do to mainain your ropes/strings, and what is "right" for you? How do you you prepare them? Do you keep them enclosed unitl just before use. Also, do you like to use heavier or lighter ropes for different situations, such as smaller calves, bigger calves, windy conditions, hot, cold? Any little tips would be great about ropes and strings. Thanks, good luck on the final push for the finals! Adam Adam 09/09/2010
